Prices
Live scouting
- -> 1 day in Belgium : 525 € (all costs included – mileage, phone, office, webpresentations, etc…)
- -> 1 day outside Belgium : 400 € PLUS costs (mileage, communication, lodging)
- -> scouting for features films (minimum 4 weeks) : 380 €/day PLUS costs – mileage, phone, office, webpresentations, etc…
Consulting files :
- -> 600 € per location group (2 addresses for visits included)
- -> visit extra addresses : 75 €/address
- -> via Locamundo.com : 425 € per location group
- -> check availability of locations found on Locamundo.com : 50 € per hour
We are NOT a location agency. We do NOT take a % on the renting of the locations. Locations need to be paid the day of the shooting to the owner – they will provide a receipt or an invoice.
We add 21% of VAT to Belgian clients and clients of the EU that don’t have a VAT number.
Administration costs :
Please remind that we ALWAYS add 10% of administration costs to our invoices that you can earn back when you pay quickly – cfr our invoices. Tnx for your understanding.
